Amalfi Babà in Cream of lemon liqueur 870 g
The babà is a typical dessert of our traditions, an handmade soft sponge cake with a pleasant taste and a light sweet and slightly alcoholic hint.
Instead of offering it in its classic rhum version, we have re-proposed a really delicious variant: our babà are soaked in our cream of lemon liqueur , this gives them a unique consistence, creaminess and softness for an exclusive dessert with the scent of Amalfi lemons.
The small size of each baba makes them very versatile, you can use them with ice cream or fruit jams and marmalades, or as an ingredient for many delicious finger food desserts.
Baba ingredients: wheat flour type “0”, eggs, all vegetable margarine composed of: (vegetable oils and fats: palm and sunflower, water, acidity regulator: E300, flavourings), sugar, salt, natural yeast.
Ingredients syrup: water, cream, milk, sugar, glucose syrup, alcohol, milk proteins, natural flavors of lemon, infused lemon peel (1%)
Alcohol content: 17%.
Use: delicious products of the Amalfi pastry to taste as a dessert, excellent if garnished with ice creams and fruit jams and marmalades.
They should be kept in the fridge and served slightly cold.
